Our Team

Paddy's Bar is a traditional family run pub, purchased by the Tierney family in 2006. Brendan is a local farmer and Mairead hails from the Silvermines in County Tipperary having been reared in her family pub in Dolla.

Our team is led by Chef Phil Huddleston who hails from England now living in Ballina, Co Tipperary with his wife and family. Phil together with all our staff make Paddys a place not just to visit but to stay.
